Hi do the Guidi’s fit a size small like some of their other shoes? I wear 42 in layer-0 and other derby’s and boots but guidi 42 are too small. Thanks.

Guidi 992 has a narrow construction, we usually suggest a size up if one has a high foot arch and a wide foot.
Bear in mind that the nature of the leather also will stretch a bit after a few wears.
If the 42 is too small, the 43 should fit perfectly.

Is the cm measurement the entire length of the belt? And do the different sizes correlate to the length of the belt? Just wondering if the belt holes will fit me as a 32-33 waist and won't be too small. Though I believe I can punch out my own holes if need be?

Yes, the measurements are in centimeters and refer to the total length of the belt. You can punch an additional hole if needed. If your waist is 32–33 inches, it will fit well.
what are the differences between sizes in this guidi belt? I wear a 33-35 in belts, and usually wear 32-33 waist. Would a Large fit me?

Size XS: 120 cm
If you choose size XS, it will be a just-right fit.
Size L will have a bit of extra length and corresponds to the size 33–35 you mentioned.
