It really depends on the wearer! This is a medium-weight jacket that's padded for extra warmth. We think it works well in 20-30 degree Fahrenheit weather with some layering. But if you're looking for a heavy-weight, deep winter jacket, this might not be the right choice.

I would definitely recommend the XS, this style runs a little big for a slightly slouchy fit that sits lower on the hips. Here are the flat measurements- waist: 14", hips: 21", rise: 12", and inseam: 27.5"
