hi, these pants measure 18" across in the waist when laid flat. these fit like a 36" waist

i am usually a medium/large which is why i am asking for specific measurements i am okay with the oversized, i like the look i just dont want it to be overly big

I think it might be too large for you unless your height is upwards of 5’10” This Casey piece is unisex and the Large is quite voluminous.

The style of this coat is dolman sleeve, so there isn’t an exact shoulder measurement, however, I think it would be apprx 6-6.5” on anyone who would take this coat in size Large.

Yes, it is this exact coat. And yes, it is a technical fabric...96% Cotton 4% Polyurethane. Polyurethane is used for protective coating, I just don’t know for sure if it will keep you absolutely dry. Because it is mostly Cotton, it is Machine Washable in cold water. I do love this coat :)
is this good for rain? water resistant?

It wasn’t sold with this description and so I will say No. It is a fabulously lightweight, unlined and versatile coat, but I wouldn’t say a rain coat.

hi. the label says to dry clean. I think you could handwash in cold for sure. it is 50% cashmere, 50% wool. So soft.
What is an xs and a small equivalent to?

Hi. I would say in this particular pant the XS would fit a US 0-2, Small a US 4.
Measurements for the waist are: XS - 26", Small - 27", Medium - 28". There is elastic in the back of the waist so they do have some give. Button fly closure. Nice fit.
