The measurements are taken on the 1/2 with the garment laying on a flat surface.
Size XS -
Waistband Opening: 30cm / 11 3/4 inches
Hip (7.5cm up from crotch seam): 35cm / 13 3/4 inches
Thigh (4cm down from crotch seam): 21.5cm / 8 1/2 inches
Size M -
WaistBand Opening: 36cm / 14 1/4 inches
Hip (7.5cm up from crotch seam): 40.5cm / 16 inches
Thigh (4cm down from crotch seam): 23.4cm / 9 1/4 inches
You can compare the measurements to a pair of snug fitting pants in your wardrobe to get the closest fit. I think you would be a closest to a size M in these pants.
