Laying flat, bust approximately 18", hips approximately 22" - oddly enough both S and M measure the same.
The L - bust approximately 19.5, hips approximately 23"
This style would look best on the looser side I think, as the fabric is delicate and fine cotton, but not stretchy.
would this quilt piece have any cotton middle filler?

Yes, the size two is the larger of the two sizes. This top only comes in two sizes - the 1 is for sizes xs - medium and the 2 is more for m - xl

Hello, I do consider this to be very soft and I would be able to wear it without a anything underneath but if you have really sensitive skin, it might be an issue but again, it is very soft and not rough and scratchy.
