Hi, thank you for inquiring about the Chandra dress. The dress is cut with a pretty roomy body so it has a very relaxed fit. The waistband is a spaghetti drawcord that allows you to adjust the fit on a variety of body types and lets you style it in different ways: loose or fitted, blouson or easy. Because of the easy fit a size 2 should fit a 4 -6.

Hello, this dress is designed to be loose and drapey and tied at the waist with a blouson. It is cut quite generously and if anything runs larger. For example the size small is a 4-6 and would probably be too big for a 0-2.

On a small, the length is 24". The bust measurement is 27" flat, and the circumference of the bust is 54". It is a loose blouse, and the silk double georgette drapes and beautifully.
