I think you are asking the chest measurement and it is 52” all the way around. When I measure item laying flat I measure underarm to underarm of one side. Hope this helps! Thanks again :).

I’m not near the dress right now I will be tomorrow but it is a small medium and it is very roomy. Alexa also made a medium large and the small medium was only different in life not width. Back again tomorrow with actual width and length. Thanks for asking!
