Hi Deborah, sure for us in Europe sizing this would mean a size 57 meaning an inside diameter of 18mm. Could you maybe check if this is correct? We just created new stock so this size is available.

That would be a size 15. With the Oneside ring we sell only every other size as they are slightly adjustable. So in this case we would advise you to buy a size 14. If any other questions please let us know!

Appologies for the super late response! Somehow we've missed it in the inbox. It's a combination of Sterling Silver and our own Bronze alloy. Which consists of bronze, silver and a little 14karat gold.
