There is a significant jump in sizes from the S to the M. The XS and S are a fitted, women's size. The M,L, and XL are an oversized unisex fit. The length of the M is around 6inches longer than the S.

The sweater is 30% wool and 30% mohair. If you are sensitive to these materials, you will find this itchy. The material will soften the more you wear it however.
