Hi - sorry for the delay in responding. The model is wearing size XS. I can't get the exact dimensions of the sweater or model at the moment, but sweater runs a bit small. I would recommend sizing up by 1 if you do not want it too fitted

Hi there! Sorry for the delay, we are still having a blizzard here. The bust is 21” in small, 22” in medium. I measured from the neck to the wrist because this is a drop shoulder. The small is 25”, medium is 26”. Hope that helps!
