Each of those members put up $3.67 million to own a one-third interest in it. BRF, a Brazilian conglomerate in the food products industry, is among the shareholders.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/hauteliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Phenom-300-2.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-499713\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-rtp-large-thumb wp-image-499713\" alt=\"Phenom 300 -2\" src=\"http:\/\/hauteliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Phenom-300-2-640x448.png\" width=\"620\" height=\"434\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to Marcus Matta, president of\u00a0 the Prime Fraction Club, demand for the superior aircraft is taking off, as the upscale asset-sharing club plans to buy two more private jets from Embraer in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The arrival of the Phenom 300 is an important moment for [Prime Fraction and Embraer],&#8221; said\u00a0Mr. Matta. He\u00a0also conveyed that the arrival of the new aircraft is a demonstration of the growth of the ownership model of the club in Brazil.
