The result of 20 years of photographing abnormal weather conditions, Kikuji Kawada's The Last Cosmology (MACK) is a stunning compilation of impressionistic images of the cosmos. Photographed from 1980 to 2000, these images are part of his larger series, the “Catastrophe Trilogy,” which draws a parallel between the chaos of the skies and the end of two important eras that Kawada lived through: the Showa Era in Japan and the close of the 20th century.

In the second book collaboration with Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director of Louis Vuitton, Juergen Teller combines his photographs of the brand’s 2015 collectsion with images of Paris shot while boating on the Seine in The Flow (Steidl). The juxtapositions of landscape, portraits, and still lifes contain the usual guile of Teller’s work and mirrors the inspirations for Ghesquière’s collectsion.
