During London Fashion Week, the Buzzy Launch of Scarlett Gasque

Welcome to London! To kick off a week of festivities—from fall 2023 debuts to the annual BAFTA Awards—the fashion and film crowd headed to a sexy soirée celebrating the launch of Scarlett Gasque, a vintage-inspired lingerie and corsetry brand.

Founder Chloé Rogers discovered her love of traditional corsetry whilst studying fashion history at Central Saint Martins, where she found herself captivated by glamorous pinup stars and sexual freedom expressed through the art of burlesque. Inspired by ’40s and ’50s vintage, Scarlett Gasque’s debut collectsion introduces traditional lingerie styles back to the modern market.

The fabulous cocktail party drew a buzzy crowd, including campaign photographer Ellen von Unwerth and stylist Mike Adler. Founder Chloé Rogers chatted with Cameron Valentina and the gorgeous Scarlett Gasque-clad models, who proudly displayed her debut collectsion. Vogue’s Laura Paterson mingled with Mawena Gbedema, Sabrina Harrison, Grammy award-winning musician Dante Bowe, and choreographer Sean Bankhead, who were all excited for their first season in the fashion capital. As guests enjoyed the delicious—and somewhat dangerous—absinthe cocktails, the evening ended on a high with a jaw-dropping performance from burlesque dancers.
