Quincy Davis Takes Vogue On Her Moroccan Adventure

Quincy Davis traveled to Morocco with her boyfriend and another couple for ten days of surfing, exploring, and of course, shopping. “I wish I brought home more of the plates and bowls. I was in love with those!” Davis muses. “I would go back just to buy stuff for my home.” The trip started in Taghazout where the group surfed for five days and stayed at Surf Maroc, a hotel with “insane interiors” and mouthwatering fresh cocktails. “You would wait ten minutes for your drinks, because they would put their love and sweat into every cocktail.”

    They gave us these little tin pots with lids and we would pack ourselves lunch right after breakfast allowing us to stay out all day surfing. Big salads with fresh veggies and homemade hummus!

    I actually quit my coffee addiction in Morocco. Tea is such a big thing there and it’s the best I’ve ever had! My boyfriend and I couldn’t get enough.

    I was surprised by the amount of fruit everywhere in Morocco and loved it! You can find real fresh squeezed OJ at every breakfast.
