While marble in all shapes and forms is undoubtedly the stone of the moment, this season it showed up in shades of green—used for decorative accessories, serving boards, and furniture.

Pared-down, Scandinavian-inspired divans had a strong showing at M&O. Ferm Living (a Danish brand that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year), Menu, and Petite Friture each had their own take on the style.

Retro, gray-tinged glass got a modern update this season and was used for furniture (like Ligne Roset’s Clyde coffee table by Numéro 111), as well as a range of tabletop accessories, including Aytm’s brass-based globe vase.

This Pollock-inspired motif—an evolution of the painterly patterns that have been in demand as of late—showed up on wallpaper, ceramics, and textiles.

Multifaceted mirrors—which are equal parts decorative object and functional home decor—are having a major moment. All of our favorite up-and-coming labels, including Kristina Dam Studio, ComingB, Aparentment, and Hartô, had their own take on the concept.

Palm patterns—of every possible variety—adorned wallpaper, throw pillows, serving trays, and tableware throughout the show. Parrots, flamingos, and other tropical motifs got equal play, confirming that this trend is in full swing.

Natural materials like raffia, sea grass, and rattan were a huge trend at the show this year, used to create oversize baskets, decorative bottle covers, furniture, and more—though the most notable (and abundant) product style was pendant lights in every shape and size.

This saturated hue knew no boundaries at M&O. It was used in abundance as both a focal and an accent color for new products. Plus, it was a popular choice for the elaborate vendor displays throughout the show.
