Last Night, Gisele Bündchen Touched Down at New York Fashion Week With Frame

She might not be back on the runways, but last night, Gisele Bündchen returned to New York Fashion Week as the face of Frame. The supermodel co-hosted an exclusive dinner with the California-based creative director and co-founder Erik Torstensson to celebrate the launch of their latest campaign.

“Erik is an old friend, so when he came to me about the Frame campaign, I was so happy to collaborate.” Bündchen gushed. “I have been wearing the collectsion since they started over ten years ago, I love the easy elegance of what they do. Every piece integrates into my life so seamlessly and what better than to be at NYFW celebrating with old friends and new, in my new leather trenchcoat.”

The setting for the ultra-chic evening was none other than NYFW’s forever hot spot, Indochine. And this wasn’t an intimate dinner party, it was a full-blown Frame affair. Bündchen swanned through the boisterous crowd to welcome all of her starry guests. From actors to musicians to editors, everyone including Poppy Delevingne, Derek Blasberg, AnnaSophia Robb, Dianna Agron, Katerina Tannenbaum, Jenna Lyons, Inez van Lamsweerde, Vinoodh Matadin, Jordan Barrett, Gabriella Karefa Johnson, Charlotte Lawrence, and Vogue’s Mark Guiducci showed up in full force to toast the beloved California fashion and denim brand.

Upon arrival, trays of whiskey sours poured by friend and bourbon connoisseur Paul Wesley were the perfect pick-me-up on a school night. Vietnamese canapés circulated the cocktail hour before guests found their faces framed in a Polaroid picture to mark their place settings. A classic Frame touch.

In true fashion week form, models Nora Attal, Taylor Hill, Cara Taylor, and Dilone rolled up straight from the runways while somehow managing to switch into a full Frame look. And, I hope they came hungry because the family-style spread featured Indochine’s fan favorite dishes like the spring rolls, sautéed eggplant, spicy chicken breast, vegetable curry, and, of course, the coconut crème brûlée for dessert.

Nestled in the back corner of the room, the iconic Indochine photobooth was reimagined with shots of Bündchen dressed in a pair of Frame denim. Strategically placed near the powder room, guests were eager to take turns getting content while waiting in line. Meanwhile, actor Jessie Andrews and entrepreneur Simon Huck were catching up on all the fashion week festivities, and, naturally, Zach Weiss and Beverly Nyguen were caught already making summer plans.

Soon enough, everyone was playing a game of musical chairs, dropping by friends' tables to chat about the NYFW fall 2024 debuts and the long month ahead. For a minute, it felt like a Friday night out with old friends and new ones, but I guess that’s one way to describe New York Fashion Week on a Monday.
