The Biggest Celebrity Engagements of 2026—So Far

It’s safe to say that 2025 was a bumper year for celebrity engagements. Whether it was Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s engagement announcement with its overflowing floral display of roses and lilies, or the more low-key approach favored by the likes of Zendaya, Miley Cyrus, and Dua Lipa (who casually revealed their rings on the red carpet), there are plenty of star-studded weddings to get excited about in 2026.

The first celebrity couple to announce an engagement this year? That was musician and actor Dove Cameron, who officially shared the news of her engagement to Måneskin frontman Damiano David with an Instagram post on January 3. The latest? Belarusian tennis star Aryna Sabalenka and her boyfriend, Georgios Frangulis, a Brazilian businessman and founder of the açaí brand Oakberry. Together for about two years (the pair were first spotted together in April 2024), Sabalenka shared their exciting milestone on Instagram on March 4. “Well, I obviously had no idea this was happening tonight,” Sabalenka wrote on an Instagram Story, showing her stunning diamond engagement ring while having dinner with her new fiancé.

Of course, a perennial source of fascination for Vogue readers is that ring. While it’s not yet confirmed who designed Sabalenka’s oval-cut diamond, what is clear is that it’s a showstopper—just like she is on the court.

Meanwhile, Dove Cameron’s choice of a maximalist, East-West, vintage-inspired ring (which some of her more eagle-eyed fans had spotted her wearing months before, sparking engagement rumors last fall) is firmly in keeping with the ring trends we’ve had our eye on over the past year or so. It’s not clear yet who designed Halle Berry’s ring, but it looks to be an 18-carat yellow gold band set with dark stones. (The shape and vintage vibe also recalls Taylor Swift’s own bezel set, cushion-cut old mine diamond, in keeping with the penchant for rings that speak to a level of craftsmanship and timelessness.)
