F eaturing nine masterworks by Sayed Haider Raza, this exhibition is a celebration of the artist and a capstone to a Year of Raza. Following the major retrospective on the artist at the Centre Pompidou, Paris earlier this year, Masterpieces: Sayed Haider Raza 1955 – 1985 is a presentation of Raza’s evolutions throughout his oeuvre, encapsulated by some of the most exceptional examples of his work. Hailing from three important private collections, this selection of works is set apart by its pedigree, provenance, publication and exhibition history.
